Did you know we check and record the specific weather and temperature of every stop along your package's route? This helps us to accurately determine the exact amount of ice or heat to place on your order so it arrives at the perfect temp! We even track for storms and inclement weather conditions, and will reach out to you if we feel the need to reschedule delivery. Preventing delays before they even happen!
When it comes to packing your order, we spare no expense! Our extremely thick and insulated styrofoam boxes and lids keep the internal temperature perfect at 78 degrees! All of our bags are at minimum 3 layers thick! With some being up to 9 layers; only the best for our corals! They are filled directly with our system saltwater; you can find our parameters HERE! We expertly seal each bag with an industrial staple to ensure no water leaks out, and your corals are secure for their journey! All this, paired with even more packing paper, liners, and bubble wrap, gives peace of mind knowing your corals are as safe as possible!
When Mother Nature doesn't co-operate, and temperatures go way up or down, do not worry! Not only do we never charge for Heat or Ice Packs, we use as many as possible to get the job done! With decades of experience, we know the exact number of Heat or Ice to use, depending on temperatures your package will experience. All to make sure your package arrives as close as possible to that perfect 78 degrees!
When can you expect your package? We proudly use FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping. Which means your package leaves our facility at 5pm, and is on your doorstep usually before 12pm noon the very next day! While delays are unlikely, if they do happen, you are in the best of hands! We reach out and speak directly to our FedEx reps at the very first inclination of a delay. Trying our best and maximizing the chances of getting a delayed package moving, and delivered as soon as possible! We will never leave you hanging on your own with a delay!
