Great site, I'm glad to be aboard. So lets see if I can find some help?? I am looking to embark on a project to turn a spare 20 gallon long into sump with a refug for my reef tank, any good advice or links would be appreciated. Thanks again for any help offered.

Here's a link with some good info & the same size sump you are looking to make:

Same concept, but for a Fuge you would add more baffles.
You would size accordingly to fit your skimmer, other equipment, etc.
