need help with Hood

I need help designing a hood for this setup. i am going with the Lumenarc lights and need help with how to get hood built. how many doors. how should the doors open. How high should the hood be. how can it be disigned so it can be lifted easy for total access. please any ideas or pics will be greatly appreciated.

Can you do a pulley system? If you did a pulley system then you would have to attach the lights to the hood and you vary the distance to the water easily. Then I would just have a psuedo hood around the top.
