Glass drill bits

Soooo the DIY bug has hit me, and hit me hard. I now want to drill my 29g tank before adding any fish. Aka before I fudge anything up. I was at Home Depot last night and located the 1/2 inch glass drill bit for my return but cannot for the life of me find the 1inch for the drain... Anybody know where I can te one for a decent price?

Also... What kind of setup would You recommend it's a 29 so it's not like I have a lot of glass real estate lol.
