Doing a stand build for a Client in the Woodlands TX just though I'd share a few photos if anyone wanted to get ideas from it.

Love the use of Pocket Holes, very clean.

Are you painting or staining?

Wish I had enough space/time to build more stuff, I just love building stuff since I was a kid.

the footprint of the stand is 60W x 28D x 36H
dont know how high the tank is so i couldn't tell ya how many gallons.

The whole stand is made out of 3/4 red oak Ply. and to answer future questions...no there are no worries is regards to the weight...LOL.

Thats what he wanted. the option for all hard wood red oak was offered and was over double the $$$$.. guess it was not in the budget. I assured him there would be no issue in regards to weight handling.

Hey! Thanks, Hope all is well with you.. I'm pretty much doing this and custom woodworking full time now...and LOVING IT!!! did a few stands and guess its true what they say..everything is bigger in Texas...it seems everyone here has a 180 gal tank or bigger....no 55 gallons here...lol

thanks! Staining a red Mahogany with a satin clear finish. Got a chance to stain the stand yesterday...very Humid here...still wet..:-(

John. I may need a stand from you if you're willing to ship. When I do the tank I'm doing marineland were dillweeds and stopped making everything I wanted for it.
