well, I received my Skimz 161 skimmer from reefers direct and without my knowledge at the time, went beyond and got me my skimmer in 2 days, thanks Steven...
I went with the sm161 instead of the sm163 because of the DC pump issue that a few onsite had problems with. The dimensions are the same top to bottom, the sm161 has the non DC pump.
Its been in for 24 hours, sorry I cant show you amazing skim-mate but I just don't have enough biology yet in such a new system and here is a bit of a break in period.

I had some sand soot on the glass and needed to clean it up. Not sure if this has been done, my wife suggested this...
