Need help with metal halide wiring.

Hey, got a pendant that didnt come with a female connector. My icecap callast are male connectors (like pc cables ) where can i get the female connector to wire it up. or should i just make my own quick release tab and cut the male end off the ballast.

Go to a Radio Shack or electrical supply house and make your own quick connector.

Detach the cord from the fixture, that's if can be done, and take the ballast and cord from the fixture to the electrical supply house/radioshack and they should be able to help you. If you can't remove the cord from the fixture, cut off about a two inch piece and they should know what you need. They have insulated three slot terminals that would work well at most electrical supply houses. You can always use wire-nuts too. A bit on the gehto side but should do the job, lol.
