Home Made Acrylic Sump Build and install.

Built a custom Acrylic sump to fit under my 120 (60x18) Used a whole sheet of 3/8 acrylic.
Had to cut the side of the stand out to install the sump.

Breaking it down

Cut the new hole

Slid new sump in

Put matching door on

Hooked it all up

Where did you buy the materials?
Did the shop do all of the cuts or did you?
What was your total cost without factoring in the new stand door?

Nice job - Just an fyi - I have outlets behind mine - I picked up some outdoor covers from HD - just a little safety measure. Really nice sump though.
