this may change sum views on AGA tanks

hey i hear everyone talking about u cant drill the bottom of a AGA tank but i found this chart on the website

Nothing new there. The consensus was that most larger tanks had tempered bottoms.

Contact AGA before you drill or buy a predrilled tank. Or you can drill the back pane of the glass.

Tempered bottoms is nothing new from AGA.

i was just pointing out that the samller tanks dont have temperd bottoms....i herd people saying they do

If its from AGA, then you could but ofcourse theres still no guarantee they wont crack it

I wanted to widen an existing bulkhead hole on an AGA 120RR tank from the existing 1" to fit a 1.5" bulkhead. Called AGA and they bsaically said that I could but chances are that I would crack it.
