Hello MR, I bought Jebao Dosing pump sometime back and I was using this to dose Vinegar in my tank and I was using only 1 pump for this task, While doing water change I did not realize that vinegar tube that was in the sump got loose and same out and it was dripping on top of the dosing pump heads and all of them got jammed,
So I had choice of either buy new dosing pump or try to fix this one, these dosing pumps are mounted hard on the board which has fancy lights and such, So I opened the box and I knew that I will not be able to salvage anything but the controller board which was working 100% and noticed that all 4 pumps were connected to board but there were 2 more ports for 2 more pumps so I took one of the working motor and tested each connection and pump was turning on and off, So I got an ideal of using this controller and buy 6 new 12v pumps with heads and connect all 6 of dosing pumps to the controller and make 1 dosing pump that I can use to dosing anything I want, So I made box out of Wood and drilled holes for 6 dosing pumps and used plexiglass from Lowes for top and bottom and put this together in 3 hrs. I have calibrated these pumps just I did when I got this dosing pump new, 7 Dosing pumps cost me 30 bucks from Ebay shipped, I bought 1 extra pump incase if one of the pumps fails on me, So now I have 6 pump dosing system that I was able to put together for cheap, It was fun project... I hope it helps someone who has or had similar incident,
