How to build a bubble trap

Looking for ideas to build a bubble trap out of PVC pipes and fitting. Getting micro bubbles from my inlet in my refuge. Micro bubbles are attaching to my cheato and getting tried of shaking the cheato to remove the bubble. This is not O2 from the cheato.
