Need help with - any one with a table or power saw?

I need to to cut the front cover for my stand in half. I live in a apartment and have no place to cut this. can anyone help me with it? the cover is 6' long

I'm customizing my nano stand a bit and need to cut up the particle board that I bought from Home Depot for the shelves - would anyone be able to point me to where I could use a table saw in Queens or Manhatten (preferred)? I seriously just need to use it for 5 minutes. -_-
