a couple of rubermaid sandwich type boxes, a couple of 90 degree elbows, a piece of strait pvc, a few pressure type fittings, and some flexible waterline tubing.
It flows easily at what a 802 will pump at 4' of head, and i know it is barley being used at this rate, i would guess it would handel well over 600 gallons per hour, and could easily be upgraded. Its not the prettiest thing, but its small, and only ran me about 15 dollars canadian, and is power fail safe.

made one that could hadle a rio 2500 and a mag 9.5 (throttled back a touch) w/ not problems except some bubbles that are inevitable.

Is this for a glass or acrylic tank? I made one with acrylic and weld-on 3, not hard. Make sure the edges are sanded with at least 600 grit, clamp and gule.
