Yet another MH ballast question

I have been through alot of MH lighting threads. I am finally getting close to the point of buying some ballasts. Has anyone here used these ballasts?

I am particularly interested in the 250w for $39 (number 25). Any comments?? HELP!!!!

I talked with a CS rep at Fulham today. They're going to have a 250W 98% efficient electronic ballast available around April 1. She said it'd be competitively priced, whatever that means.

But you're right, that looks like a great ballast at an even better price.
