MH setup help?

I purchased a DIY from Aquaticco.com and it came in today minus PFO ballast (drop shipping from maker). The fixture looks like Lucabond. Its a plastic (polymer?) sandwiched between allumnum. Comes with two long pieces of wire w/three prongs on one end and stripped white, black and green wires coming out of the other. It also has 2 mogul sockets, 2 fans, 2 mounting brackets and the allumnum (steel maybe) reflector that fits inside the fixture. All in all it looks good.

Wire used is 18/3 STOW?? Anyhow I need to lenghten 1 piece (attached to far mh socket) and wonder what wire to use...18/3 nomex? What wirescrews to use (color)?

I know nada about wirecaps.

The small gray ones should be right for 2 #18 wires. If you look on the side of the package it will tell you what size wires are recommended for the size of wire nuts.
