Another of those lighting quetions.

HI,
I am on a very low budget and need some lights. I would need the lights to be 65 to 95 watts. Is there anyway I could make a PC from parts from Home Depot, Walmart, etc... I have always heard of ways to do it but I never found instuctions on how to do it. Or IS there any PC's for sale out there. You know stuff like shop lights and stuff. I have heard of usinf Lights of America shop lights on refugiums. Thanks.

Some have used "Fulham" electronic ballasts for diy pc stuff. try http://www.fulham.com or do a search on here or RC for "Fulham" or "workhorse" (the name of the ballast line is workhorse)
