where to get bulkheads?

I went to homedepot over the weekend and they dont have bulkheads. I've ckecked a few hardware stores in the area and they dont seem to have any either. I live in SE MI and have yet to check Lowes and was wondering if they would carry them instead of driving over and looking for myself, if not could you perhaps let me know where to get some.

Go to the yellow pages and find, specifically, an irrigation supply.

Tell them what size line you need to tie it into, which ends you want threaded, and I swear it seems like they always have it!

nope, lowes doesnt carry them either, better to order online-Guru

I found them at my lfs for the same price I'd have paid mail order when you include shipping fee.

Joe Fro, there is some good sites(also usplastics.com too) listed above or you can build your own bulkheads. I went to the local plumbing store(Warren Pipe) and pieced together my own for about $2.00 a bulkhead including gaskets. I used mal and female threw wall pieces. Where in Mich are you?

you can also try boating supply stores, although the bulkheads I've seen there are usually not pvc (some other plastic i can't recall)
