Backwards pump?

I pulled an old Little Giant pump out of my closet to use and find the motor running backwards. Is this possible? How do I fix it? I think it must have worked right at one time (long long ago).

FWIW, I have 2 other Little Giants, same model (2MDQ-SC) that work perfectly when plugged into the same electric outlet. I'm taking that means I don't have the polarity messed up at the electric outlet.

Wish I could delete the above question...

Got it working ok after reconfiguring my inlet fittings. Apparently the fitting was locking some air in the elbow.
