CAN'T GET INTO CHAT

i HAVE TRIED FOR AN HOUR TO GET INTO THE CHAT AND HAVE FAILED. i TRIED THROUGH THE MACO SITE, NO LUCK, KEEP GETTING "Not enough paramters" message. I downloaded MIRC and tried that way and have had no luck. Can I get some help for the Wednesday Chat! Thanks.

If you have xp turn off the built in firewall. It seems to be messing with irc.
