Plumbing Epoxy Putty - What aquarium uses?

I purchased Plumbing Epoxy Putty (by PC Products at www.pcepoxy.com) at Ace Hardware today becuase I thought that it has aqaurium uses like mounting frags. I would like to know uses for this stuff...

Is it even aquarium safe?

Can it hold LR together for aquascaping?

What else can it do?

It looks like the same stuff I use to attach frags to live rock and to "glue" live rock together. I have never had a problem using the stuff in my tank, even when I cure it underwater. It is not real sticky, however, so for frags, it is best to push the putty into a hole in the live rock, then push the frag into the putty. As for "gluing" rocks together, it works best if you mold the putty in and around the juncture between 2 rocks so as to keep them from sliding with respect to each other.
