t-5 ballast help

Can someone tell me where to get a true t-5 ballast that will burn 2 80 w
bulbs. I have read that ice cap and workhorse will overburn these bulbs.
I am looking for a cheaper alternative to.

I was at Home Depot last night and they had bare T-5 and T-8 ballasts. They were all Advanced Ballast and were magnetic. I've also seen them at Lowe's.

You might call if neither are close. You'll have to do some wiring, but that is fairly simple and the diagram is usually right on the ballast.
