Bonding acrylic to glass

It is going to be inside a sump, 10g. I want a good seal but want to be able to change it later if I want to.

Thanks
Steve

if you're just putting baffles/dividers in your sump, Friction might be your best bet. Cut the plastic the exact size of the inside of the tank and wedge it in. Once you find out what you like, you can run a bead of silicone on either side so they don't move.

The downside to this is that the acrylic can expand and crack the tank, rare but you hear about it from time to time. As long as the baffle isn't holding much in the way of pressure, you can use a good silicone, Dow Corning 795 being the best for sticking to acrylic.
