MH Help!!

Hi,
I'm new to MH so I'm not sure exactly what I would need.

Here's a setup that I would like to do:

Can anyone help me identify all the parts that I would need to build something like this and where I would get these parts for low prices?

There are two type of ballasts, one for the MH, one for the PC. Similarly, there are two lamp holders, one is a regular mogul for the MH, and the other is a 4-pin lamp holder for the PC. There is also a good-old flat aluminum reflector, and misc. wiring to connect the components togenter appropriately. That's all there to it... any specific question?
