^^ the CEL (cutting edge length) on the previous two links is listed as 1/4", but this must be a typo, as the #28-20 has a CEL of 3/4"

The dimensions we are looking for are 1/4" shank, and 1/4" cutter diameter (CED), CEL can be either 3/4" or 1" (actually, anything 1/2" and above will work) , and it needs to be a spiral upcut flush trim bit.

My mistake, I thought a spiral upcut was what we were looking for. I also can find them in the local HomeDepot's from time to time including the flush trim bit for less than online and the brand is porter cable.

Fortunately for me I have all the bits and more!!

Right, thewuf, we're looking for a 1/4 diam spiral upcut flush trim bit, such as #5099.

It's an unusual enough bit that you won't find it at any home improvement stores, and probably not even at specialty woodworking stores such as Rockler's.
