Via Aqua powerheads/pumps

i found the ViaAqua powerheads and am interested in purchasing one, specificly the 1800 series. if anyone has any inside info on them it would be great. i found it for $20....cheap ...that's why i'm looking for some help....

if you have no idea about this brand maybe some others and sites that sell em cheap. i need to move 300-400gph at 3 feet....
