Come on Seven Ephors!!!!!! I started this thread just for the BEST solution to my double layer plexi bulkhead problem. Please...... I'd prefer a weld on solution to glue the 2 parts together.

:lol: I was joking when I say I will spend two hours on a reply. :lol: I think you have enough options to solve your problem.

As I was tryping to say, if you really want to cement the two part together, see if the gap between them is standard so that you can get acrylic scrap of the correct thickness. Then you slide the pieces into the gap via the hole you drilled, then cement it. You need to have ingenuity in making the pieces the correct shape, and you can always trim it with a hole saw after the cement is dried.
