When I did my research for my lights, I found the Lumenarc mini's. I would swear up and down that the websites I looked at said they were adjustable from 150 to 250 watts.

I'm wrong. Everything now says 250-400.

My 150's are a completely different socket type. There's no way to get them to fit. Looks like I'm changing the sockets.

What a joy!

time to order new sockets. now if I only knew what kind of sockets to order. . .

Haven't yet. Just found out about it. I emailed PGS and they said it's only 250-400. They also suggest returning the fixture. But since I changed out the cable I'm not going to return it, just change the socket.

Brett, The DE version should be adjustable for 150 or 250W DE bulbs. The SE version will accept 250W or 400W mogul based bulbs and you can adjust the mogul base to center the bulb in the reflector.

Where does it say that you can adjust them from 150 to 250 watts? Like Pierce said that is for the DE.:smash:

thats about right the mini only holds 250 w/400w bulbs the 400w being longer...i have 2 lumi-minis
