CustomSeaLife 2x96 watt ballest wiring problem

I have a 2x96 watt CustomSeaLife PC ballast with the two sockets in the end for plugging in the bulbs. The problem is that someone had cut off the plugs from the wiring harness for the bulbs before I aquired them. I have the soft rubber socket for the bulbs and the attached wires, but with the plugs cut off, I have no idea how to wire them (which wire goes in which hole) Making a new plug would be a breeze if I knew where each wire plugged in. Any one know where I can find a wiring diagram ? They are identical to these... Item number: 180190481167 on Ebay

It looks to me that the actual ballast might be enclosed in that case. Can you unscrew the end to get the ballast out. If so, there may be a wiring diagram on the ballast itself.

If it is like other ballasts I have used, there should be 4 wires; 2 of each color. Normally each bulb endcap would get 1 of each colored wire. they would be hooked in the 2 outside holes of the endcap and the inside holes would be jumped together with a small piece of wire. It is hard to say exactly though without looking at it.
