Low iron glass quote

I'm ordering some low iron glass for a new tank. Quote is:

QUOTE FOR 48 X 27- 3/4" THICK OPTIWHITE WITH A BELT SEAMED EDGE ( NOT
POLISHED, MAY HAVE MINOR CHIPPING*-- WE ARE ASSUMING THE EDGE WILL BE
CONCEALED) $327.11

How does that seem?

i don't know, but i paid an extra 100.00 for low iron glass on the front pane on my tank from glass cages.

Any reason you are using 3/4" glass for tank only 27" high. That seems a little thick to me. 1/2" should be plenty thick and would be cheaper. I personally bought a piece of Starphire 3/8" thick that was 48" x 24" and it cost me around $150 total.
