Zoo or Phyto plakton

Hello all I'm not sure that this is the right forum but I wanted to grow either phyto or zoo plankton to drip into the tank. I wanted to do it in the event that I get a harem of anthias.

So does anyone know how to do it or where a could get some info? I tried RC but came up with noting.

I've cultured phyto for awhile now and can help you out if you need it, but what does it have to do with anthias? I think you may be a bit mixed up.

Well there diet consists of zooplankton and they feed several times a day. So I wanted to grow zooplankton so that I could drip it in the tank on a constant basis but also in a small amount to try and not overfeed the tank. I know by doing so it will be but maybe in small doses it could be possible.

The phyto was just to try and mix it up. I know that they will do fine with just frozen foods but the zoo would be more benifical to them and the reef , I think.

I also thought farming the two would be similar .
