I was brave when i drilled my 46bow I put a 1 inch bulkhead in using a small bit and drilling like 30 tiny holes to create one big one! it worked but the bit was getting dull and now the hole is too small for flow I have the return pump that can barely get the water up to the tank height and the bulkhead barely keeps up with it. so I have a bulkhead I want to put in. I need to borrow a 45mm bit if anyone has it would be happy to give a frag or somthing just didnt want to wait the week from hongkong I am on long island so let me know will travel for it and bring back once im finished with it
