Where to buy custom cut glass

Not sure if this belongs in DIY or General discussion.
Anyone know where i can get a 22 3/4" x 14 5/8" piece of glass.
My mom's broke the glass top on her 75 gallon tank and it doesn't have the normal AGA center brace. I bought a AGA glass canopy but that's 22 1/4" x 14 1/2". So where can i get this glass or canopy?

Most glass shops will happily cut you glass to whatever size you'd like. I don't know how much the going rate is for that size but 8.5 by 11.5 or so is usually about $5.

Is the tank a Perfecto? If so try Petland Discounts and they can tell you what the measurements are of the Perfecto glass tops.
Cut glass varies in price by the thickness (as well as the size obviously). You'd want to have it 'seamed' so the edges aren't sharp.

You might want to Google glass shops in your area..you do have the computer already on

I went to petland and they said they didn't sell 22 3/4 wide glass canopies.
I had a feeling the tank might have been a perfecto but there aren't any labels on the tank or any other kinds of markings.
And I was hoping someone could refer me to a good glass shop, and not just any old run of the mill i don't give a cr*p about my customers type places.

I've gone to a place on Utica Avenue in Brooklyn and a few on 4th Avenue. I usually pick my glass shop by "how long will it take for you to cut...."
some places call it "polishing the edges" and that takes time. Usually a next day pickup and is usually free or $1 more.

i think Lowes cuts glass.Try and give them a call.

Since you are in Queens, you can try the glass places behind the Home Depot on College point. I have had glass cut there for my dining table before and they seem to accommodate people's needs.
