Just want to help fellow reefer to save a few $$ if you are willing to do it on your own. Fairly easy, if the Marine can do it, you can do it too :D
Tool require:
Dremel with turbine bit and cutting blade
PVC cutter
hand Saws
Part require:
PVC pipe
End cap
and 3"x2" coupling
This is a 2" durso i build for my friend Hogall
1. you need cut a piece of PVC pipe with the length that need for your overflow box.
2. Use a hand saw to cut a figure C on your durso pipe (See picture)

3. Use the dremel to router out the lip on the coupling. (see picture)

4. Drill hole on your end cap (See picture)

5. Finish product

I am sorry for the lack of teaching skill (That is why i'm a Marine :lol:). The above durso is exactly like the CJ stand pipe which i used to paid $27 a piece plus tax, plus shipping while i can DIY for less than $10. I hope this period of instruction helps... :D

You can get it at lowes... No tank yet... I have to wait for another year or so before i can setup the tank
