I just wired a 660 with 4x4' bulbs. Just call Chris at Icecap and he'll ship you everything you need. VERY simple, and I hate electric too! Not only does the ballast itself have the wiring diagram but a booklet also comes with the ballast showing you every possible configuration. The only thing I didn't buy from them was the electrical male plug(pigtail) get it at home depot for $5. Remember the pigtail gets wired into the black,green and white wires coming off the main hareness with all the other wires. Nothing gets plugged into the 4 pronge connector oposite the harness connector, unless you use a dimmer switch. And one more thing the 660 no longer ships with the heat sink. I was told the newer 660 doesn't require it.
The clips for the reflectors are a little bit of a pain but nothing a philips and socket(i think 3/8) can't handle. And if you stick a wire into the wrong socket use a small screw driver stick it into the socket then pull the wire out or else you could damage the clip inside.
Other than that it's a piece of cake seriously!

Oh yea the lights look way brighter then the production T5 models I've seen!!
