dumb question but how do you plan to fit the metric tubes into anything else in your system or even get them fit correctly into the bulkheads? couldnt you just use vinyl tubing and not have to worry about the difference?

I used these to adapt my metric sized skimmer to standard PVC pipes. HD have the from 1.5" and larger.

The skimmer was missing a fitting that transition metric to American pipe size. Called the manufacture and will forward me the piece missing. Thanks everyone!
