Is there something missing? how are you driving down the current assuming your power supply is 12V DC?

no , is AC90V-140V/0.45A 650mA can connect 12X3W bulb
you see pic#1 on the keyboard front

Thanks all . I don't know the bulb brand . those LED are actinic 460nm
still in testing . wish don't brun out in a month
