bio ball impeller

i've had my DAS BX 1 stored away for some years. when i first bought it i tried to do a mesh needlewheel mod and stupidly removed all the needles on the impeller. so this is what i'm starting out with



bio ball i will be using


first i removed the outer most teeth


then i used a hand saw and carefully sawed off the rest of the teeth. i then sanded down the smooth side on a concrete cinder block


more pics and details to come. any ideas and/or comments welcome.

haha...that bioball doesnt even have pins....looks like its got a drill design to it...maybe it can be the newest impeller design...i think enkemat works pretty well..
