saw this on another website but it was from a long time ago i cant figure out what this guy used to make this does anyone have any ideas i love this i would hang it from the side myself but first i gotta make it any input will be nice thanks in advance....

Looks like a piece of PVC, ripped in half and then with notches cut out. Not sure what the thing is that slides underneath though

That's easy - table saw, some 1.5" PVC and Portland cement will make that a cool DIY.

I saw something like this on reefcentral a few years ago. The guy made it by using a jig saw cutting pvc. I like the piece of eggcrate rubber band to a small sheet of tile method myself. But then again, I'm also very lazy.
