Unless I'm missing something, in your third pic it looks like the weight of the tank will be borne by the nails/screws holding the frame to the verticals. That's usually not recommended because the nails can be forced out of the wood due to the weight of the full tank, or maybe even break.

I'm not liking the fact that all the weight of the tank is really transferred to the 4 corner posts. When I build a stand I use lap joints to rest the outer frame on and transfer weight evenly. Depending on what you skin it with as far as thickness of materials will determine how strong it is.

thanks for all the help and ideas thats what this site is all about but i am going to lay 2x4 from top to bottom in the rear wall of the tank and do samething on both sides as well but front of the stand is going to be covered with removable plywood just to get access in the tank and three braces will be installed where tank is going to sit and then install new plywood on top of that and then tank is going to go on top of plywood and there will be plywood on the bottom as well where sump is going to sit on with if i will three sides of the stand with 2x4's i think this tank is going to be stropng enough to hold this or more bigger tank please correct me if i am wrong ? thank you

Sounds like a lot of wasted 2x4 on the back and side. It'll be pretty heavy, without creating much benefit. You'll be better off putting the 2x4's on top of those 4 corner posts, therefore all the weight will be transfered directly onto the 4x4's, instead of on the nails, then use plywood for the sides to stabilize from rocking.
One of the hardest part is making sure everything is level after its all put together.
