Foam/Live Rock walls

i know this is off the topic a bit but does scott also do pipe bending for light brackets , cause im looking for some bent pipes to custom specs to hang my a.i. lights. any suggestions tony?

The rock wall came out great. How long are people waiting for the epoxy and foam to cure? I may consider this when I do my upgrade...

If you use the West epoxy its hard in about 90 minutes. My tank fully cured in about 36 hours (no smell).

looks awsome, just one question, everyone says keep rocks of the glass as this adds stress to the silicone. how does this affect the glass on your tank, how much weight does it add to the rear glass??

Thanks Richie! I'm happy with how it looks. I just wish I could get a picture that captures how it looks in person.

That question was asked a few times and the general feeling was it shouldn't be an issue. I think one of the reasons is the rocks are mounted to egg crate and not directly to the glass. This helps to spread the weight of the rocks out. It also eliminates pressure points being created which happens when rock is laying directly on a glass surface.
