do your NAC 7 skimmer pumps with the meshwheel make an annoying humm?
anyone live near Port Jefferson Station that has one? can you come over and check mine out and see if its normal..

I have a NAC6. Same pump. Makes a little noise, but nothing u can hear outside the cabinet.

your right next door...lol, come take a look at it for me, its driving me crazy...the hum is intermittent...

i have the nac7 and once in awhile it does that i just push down on the skimmer and it goes away a bit cavemanish but it works lol

i just tried 2 different impeller assemblys. one was a meshwheel, the other a pinwheel....both still making a loud hum...gonna look into a quality pump replacement for it.
