Somehow I purchased new computer down loaded new software system not working.
I purchased in 2010 never did firmware update would like to update not going so well for me and computers dont get along
Can someone help or stop by will pay if need be

tryed to install cannot get it load on ghl

onlything not working is the power bar green light flashing
