AI Controller knob replacement?

Does anyone know how I can get a replacement knob? My knob on the controller is missing and I wonder if its sold anywhere.

You dont need a knob. Just use the little metal piece without the knob. I found the metal easier to control than the know.

yeah but for aesthetic purposes. I prefer to have it and not have without a knob.

Just make a call direct to AI. I've never had a customer need one, but I'd be willing to bet they'll replace it free, and quickly. Just a guess

Thanks russ. I emailed them on friday. Haven't heard a response yet. Probably on a weekday they will respond.

I just want to say how great Aqua Illuminations are. Their customer service was impressive. They responded to my email the very next business day. They are sending me a replacement knob at no cost to me. They didn't ask me to pay for shipping or anything. I provided them with my address and they are sending me a new knob.
