Ecotech Radion experts please help!!!

I am having very hard time finding my Radions with ecotech live. Some how it gives me fatal error message all the time or freezes. I have called eotech but not to much help there. If you can help my with them it will be greatly appreciated. I am located in 11379.

Have you download the new manager?
I had the same issue today. You have to first uninstall and then download the new version.

mac or pc? when i do it on my mac i always have fatal error.

I have been using Chrome on mac and have tied pc but nothing seams to work. I am about to sale those lights and get Hydras 52

I just plugged in my old radions and not a problem. I don't know what's up with G3 radions

did you get them new or used?if you got them used you will have to factory reset them to get them to work, and i find it hard to believe(im not saying i dont believe you) that ecotech wasnt much help, every time ive called them with an issue they worked really hard til the issue was resolved. if you have the reeflink and connection manager running they can get confused since reef link replaces connection manager
