Hydra 52 settings

I have a Hydra 52 with the AI Director about 9" above a 60g cube (24x24x24).

I have mostly softies and LPS. Trying to break in to SPS.

Can anyone share their settings/intensities?

I am reading so much conflicting information - not too much white, not too much UV, lots of UV, lots of white, etc..

This is on my 29g biocube (hydra 26) mixed reef, a ton of SPS and zoas, some LPS.

Powerful little beast. What are you doing with the weather settings?

Not much. I read clouds aren't effective with just 1 light as you won't get the sweeping effect

One light still gives you the sweeping effect. Idk I used to have mine set to the French Polynesia but than my tank was cloudy for a straight 2 months. Now I have clouds on 2 percent and lightening on 1 percent, 100% intensities on both. For some reason all my zoas were bigger and brighter when my tank was always cloudy.

no kidding. maybe I'll try it. I would like to see some experiences with coral growth and what is optimal lighting configs.

I just setup a hydra26 over my 60 cube still learning how to use this director.

At night I add some red to my blues and it's my favorite time to watch my tank. My powder Brown tang's yellow stripes glow fluorescent red along with lots of other red highlights.
