Dimmer / Timer for LED Lights

Does anyone know if I can find a device that has 2 timers and 2 dimmers for my LED lights? If not, what do you guys use to control your lights?

I have a Toa Tronics. TT-AL09 dimmable with blue and white

Here are some specs:
Royal blue: 450 - 4700 nm
Cool white: 12000-14000k
White:blue=27:28 (total 57 bulbs 2 wat bulbs)
Lens angle:90 degrees

It has two separate switches and two separate dimmers controls on the unit

Does it comes with dimmers ?

It comes with dimmers but I wanted to have the ability to adjust it at different intervals throughout the day. I ended up just getting two times and keeping it simple though.
