The white/Blue ratio is all wrong which is funny after reading the description of the light you posted:
"Full Spectrum ratio researched by with our engineer perfect design in the aquarium fields."

A much better suited fixture with a better layout (not perfect either) would be this:

Though that isn't perfect either too much in the warm white dept as long as you dim down the white channel to around 25% and keep blues above 50% it works well and will grow anything you throw at it. Those are true 3w LEDs underdriven at around 2.2w, keep the intensity below 80% at all times and it should last you a long time and keep everyone in your tank happy.

I was looking for a evergrow IT2040 on eBay and came across this light it kinda looks like the AI Hydra the way the LED's are lied out. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Modular-Dim...PS-/331273088757?_trksid=p2141725.m3641.l6393 I was wondering if it would help with disco. Is anyone running this light? thoughts from anyone with or without the light? the only thing i don't like is no warranty.

That is an R4 which hasn't been made in a while. I have one but with a different layout.
