Need recommendation - ATO pump - small but...

Folks,

I have an aqua-lifter pump that I'm using as an ATO - it works fine, but the distance traveled between the fresh reservoir and the sump is pretty far - so its SLOOOOOOOO

can anyone recommend an ATO-type pump that can be (submersible or not) in the 20-30$ range, and can be used for this common application?
