Ecoray 60D question

Have a Ecoray 60D that I bought used off this site. Was working fine now the white lights have gone off. Have no idea how these LEDs work. Any help would be appreciated.

After taking mine apart I realized the wires on the glass side of the mold they put them in got cooked from overheating most likely due to a burnt out fan. The design inside is really sloppy. All my ballasts still work and 75% of my LED's still light up but I suspect they all work. If you want it for $50 for parts I'll sell it.

Have another fixture so don't need this. Will let u know of I decide to attempt to fix. Thanks.
