Does it make sense to upgrade to the qd? Upgrading the driver is supposed to just reduce the noise. I don't know if the wet side makes any difference. So the only way to get the upgrade flow they say you get would be to buy the whole qd. I'm thinking about upgrading the drivers and wet sides but not sure if it's worth it

You won't get the flow like the QD has with the upgrade

You will get everything the QD has but the flow. Now if your dry side bearings are worn or bad it will still be loud
